Our HDP Coated High Durability PPGL Galvalume Steel Coil is engineered for agricultural barns and sheds, combining a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating (AZ150) with a HDP (High Durability Polyester) topcoat. The HDP coating delivers 10–15 years of outdoor durability, resisting UV, chalking, fading, and agricultural corrosives like ammonia and moisture—while AZ150 provides 2–4 times the corrosion resistance of standard galvanized steel. This makes HDP-coated PPGL a superior, cost-effective choice for demanding livestock buildings.
